When your downloading that file off the internet it's most likely you should be proceeding with caution knowing that RATS and other malicious infections are easily injected in to all sorts of files to manipulate take advantage of the victim(s) computer for what ever purpose they got the file is perfect for them for that's why you should always be completely outweighing the disadvantages/advantages because if you have a really nice expensive set up it definitely won't be good for it. It's just the way these exploit programs are meant to run that makes the anti virus trigger up as most anti virus / malware protection are set up to detect even the slightest changes in your computer and files in general.
All injectors / exploit programs WILL automatically detect as viruses whether they actually have a trojan or RAT of some sort or not.
